In Malaysia, we are on day 2 on the Movement Control Order to try and reduce the spread of Covid19. To try and stem boredom, I have done some of these already.
Before MCO was implemented, I went grocery shopping (no, no, not panic buying) and lots of stuff were out of stock. I bought some broccoli, cheese, beer and chocolate! All staples if you are to be stuck at home.. not!
Anyway, I cooked a broccoli cheddar soup. Here is the recipe I used. I used less cheese than stated in the recipe, and I also didn’t do the fried cheese curds. Half the soup cooked was frozen for next week. For those of you that are a little reluctant to eat green things, it didn’t taste much like broccoli. Give it a go!

As all gyms are closed, even the one in the condo, I have downloaded the Nike Training App that gives me a wide range of choices for workouts. Later this week, I will post some exercises that are more specific towards horse riding. In the meantime, use this to keep yourself sane and fit.
Lastly, I have been cleaning the house. I have come to the conclusion that I am a hoarder in disguise. I found 3 new brushes and I already have 3 used ones. That is just the tip of the iceberg of what else I have at home. I have gone through part of the kitchen and the bedroom. By day 14, my house is going to be minimalist in style and clutterless (one can hope!!).

Stay safe, everyone. Practice social distancing and stay home as much as possible. Stay calm. Speak soon x
